We use the Charm Patient Portal (PHR) to keep scheduling simple, secure, and easy. Just follow these steps to book your Initial Psychiatric Evaluation, and you’ll be all set.

Here’s the easiest way to get on my calendar and get started:

Step 1: Head to the Scheduler
Go to our website and click the “Book Appointment” button.

Step 2: Identify Yourself (New Patients)

• Pick “New Patient” or “Register Myself.”

• Fill in your info: Name, DOB, email, and phone.

• Verify your identity by entering the one-time code (OTP) sent to your phone or email.

Step 3: Choose Your Visit Type

• Provider: Select me, Ragnar Scott, or “Any Available” if you’re flexible.

• Visit Type: Choose “New Patient Psychiatric Evaluation” — this makes sure you have enough time for your appointment.

• Mode: Pick Video Consult (Telehealth) or Office Visit (In-person).

• Reason for Visit: Just a short note works, like “Initial Consultation.”

Step 4: Pick Your Time

• Click “Check Availability.”

• A calendar pops up — select your preferred date and available time slot.

Step 5: Confirm & Prepare

• Double-check your date, time, and visit type.

• Click “Request” or “Confirm” to submit your appointment.

• Keep an eye on your email/text — the clinic staff will confirm once everything’s set.

Important Step:
Right after booking, log in to your Charm Patient Portal (PHR) and complete all required Intake Forms, Questionnaires, and Consents. Your appointment can’t happen without these, so this is important!
