Just a quick heads-up: when insurance is involved, there are a few more rules to work around — things like how often we can meet, how long sessions can be, or which treatments are covered. It’s less flexible than self-pay, but our goal stays the same: to support you in a way that actually feels helpful.

It’s not always our ideal setup, but access matters. We’ll do our best to navigate the system without losing what makes care feel personal.
